Jaguru Health Care Services is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered provider, and registered for SDA to support people with disabilities to choose where they live and who they live with. Living with disability sometimes life can be overwhelming getting accommodation that suits your lifestyle. Our goals is to support people living with disability who are eligible to SDA to receive a type of housing /home designed that suits their need to live in the community. 

Our shared living arrangements are designed to support participant as they develop their independence and engage in a variety of activities and programs through our whole-of-life approach to accommodation supports. Our priority is that each participant feels included, safe and happy so they can enjoy their lifestyle. Our Supported Accommodation homes are filled with friendships and the best quality supports available within the disability sector. At JHCS a place you can call home and live independently on your terms, where your choices and privacy are respected.  

Your home is your personal space

Your home is a place where you can be yourself, enjoy the group time, but also have a private bedroom. In your new home, you will be supported to live as independently as possible. You can prepare your own meals with assistance, take part in domestic tasks and even do your own shopping with support. Our dedicated staff at JCHS are well trained to support participant with various needs. At your new home, you will enjoy a variety of supervised indoor and outdoor activities from shopping to movie nights and gardening in the backyard.
