Jaguru Health have Outreach services that can take care of many of the things, that you can’t leave your home to do.
Our nurses and support workers are highly trained in medication administration, supervision and record keeping. We come to your home to assist, reminding and/or prompting to take medication at the correct dose and times plus keeping the appropriate records.

Nursing Services
Will assist with Palliative care/end of life care & medication such as: Intravenous, subcutaneous, intramuscular, orally, via nasal enteric, PEG, gastrostomy, jejunostomy, rectal and topical.
Assist with complex bowel & urinary management such as; IDC, SPC, urostomy, nephrostomy, illeostomy colostomy bag and different types of pads/nappies product.
Assist with complex wound care management such as; VAC dressing, vascular necrotic wounds, bello vac drain, PIG tail drains, PICC line and central venous catheter dressing, check blood sugar, draw & inject insulin, perform peritoneal dialysis, change PICC line dressing and other central line dressing changes.
Tracheotomy - our registered nurses will help monitor your airways to ensure humidifier is on right temperature, regular suctioning and chest physio.
Occupational Therapy
Our Allied Health support staff in occupational therapy will assist you to continue with a lifestyle and day-day activities, that are purposeful while maintaining your independence.
Speech Pathologist
Our Allied Health support staff works with people of all age who have difficulties swallowing (dysphagia), speech, voice when communicating with device. The support staff will interact through talking, playing, using books, pictures other objects as part of language intervention to help stimulate language development
Mental Health Nurse
Mental health nurses provide support for people who are living with mental illness. This involves day-to-day support to assist with their individual goals, to navigate other health services and monitoring their progress. Mental Health illnesses falls in different diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar mood disorder, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress order and suicidal/self-harm.
Our Allied Health team educate participant and family members on healthy eating. We make sure that diet is met to individual preferences. Our support staff follow the menus to meet the participants nutritional needs.
Hospital Discharge Support is rapid response service within metropolitan referral unit (MRU), which provides support to you in the community. These will help you recover from illness or surgery you have been admitted with. Our Allied Health support staff will help you in your home to follow the discharge care plan, which is designed from the hospital to achieve your goals. These will help you get back to your normal routine to avoid being a hospital flyer.
Our home care nursing program is designed, to ensure you can continue your personal relationships with your family members and circle of friends, in the comfort of your own home. We work together with medical and allied health support staff, to ensure that you’re receiving professional person centered care support that you require.
Ventilatory support is a life-saving intervention taken when a patient is unable to facilitate their own breathing due to low oxygen levels, severe shortness of breath or other causes of respiratory distress. In addition to clinical environments, ventilators can be used in home and care settings.
Our experienced registered nurses at Jaguru Health are qualified in monitoring ventilators oxygen and CPAP both children & adult, especially those children who has developmental delay.
