WHO IS JAGURU HEALTH CARE SERVICES?

Jaguru Health Care Services (HCS) is a National Disibility Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. We honour ourselves in providing participants with the best holistic person-centered care according to the best standards mentioned above.

Jaguru Health Care Services is a company with a local perspective which is an innovative agency providing services to NDIS participants both vulnerable and elderly. Our philosophy is simple; to provide our participants dignified care with compassion, community focused, personalised, person centred and responsive approach to service, you would expect from a smaller local company. We provide service to a broad range of participants & Seniors from different backgrounds.

We create and guide everyone who are living with disability with various opportunities, to make appropriate choices that enhances their quality of life, empowers them to live independently and be able to participate with daily activities among their community

We are here to assist with travel and transport enables participants’ capacity to travel independently in every kind of transport service. We help you with supports outside your house without any hassle.

Whether you need to travel for an appointment or social event, to visit friends or family we’ll help you with our transport or public transport. JHCS will take care of your travel activities to get you safe where you are going and increase your mobility

JHCS empowers members of the community living with disability, the elderly and among the vulnerable, by eliminating barriers and creating opportunities to succeed, embracing their dignity and quality of life.
